Eligibility begins 30 days after hire date. Team Members pay a pre-tax premium for the High Deductible and PPO Plan.

401(k) Savings Plan
Eligibility begins on date of hire for eligible Team Members. Team Members can defer pre-tax or post-tax percentages. The company matches ½ of the first 8% after 6 months of service.
After 6 months, Team Members are awarded a prorated number of vacation days based on month of hire in current year.
Vacation is then awarded on January 1st of each year based on years of service.

Short Term Disability
Eligibility begins after 1 year of service. AWNC pays full cost of insurance premium
Long Term Disability
Is available to Team Members to purchase. Eligibility begins 30 days after hire date.
Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Term life policy worth 1 times annual base salary to a maximum of $200,000 or a minimum of $50,000. Eligibility begins 30 days after hire date and AWNC pays full cost.
Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance
Additional coverage is available for Team Members to purchase for themselves, their spouse and children. Coverage begins after 30 days of employment.
Critical Illness Insurance
Is available to Team Members for purchase. Eligibility begins after 30 days of employment.
Full-time, hourly Team Members are awarded up to 40 hours of unpaid personal time annually. Team Members become eligible 90 days after hire date. Personal hours remaining at year end are paid out at 1.5 times the current pay rate of the Team Member.
Perfect Attendance Program
Hourly Team Members who meet eligibility requirements receive a bonus after year end.
Team Members are eligible to apply for Tuition Assistance 90 days after hire date. Upon approval, Team Members may receive up to $500 per semester or $1,000 per 12-month period for tuition, books, and lab fees.
